Titan Technology Services (“we,” “our,” “us”) uses SMS text messaging to communicate with clients and authorized representatives for service-related purposes only. By opting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Purpose of Messaging

We send SMS messages solely for client communication and service coordination, including:

  • Service ticket updates or alerts
  • Scheduled maintenance notifications
  • Security or outage notifications
  • Appointment confirmations or scheduling changes
  • General client account communications

We do not send promotional or advertising messages.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies with your service activity and preferences. Typical volume is 0–5 messages per month, but may increase during active support or incidents.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Titan Technology Services is not responsible for any charges incurred for SMS communications.

5. Privacy

Information collected through SMS is used only for business purposes related to your account. Review our full Privacy Policy.

We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal data for marketing purposes.

6. HELP and Opt-Out

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@titantechservices.com / (774) 654-0042.

Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers

Messages are supported by most major U.S. carriers. Delivery depends on your carrier and network conditions; we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
